Exactly what expect from a well made product. My knuckles arrived without any kind of surface blemish, be it scratches or imperfections. Shipping was excellent and on time with their quote. Thanks to their splitting of my shipment into two separate ones I also got to contact them to make an inquiry as to why my knuckles weren't there. Their personal are very professional and not only explained what they did but looked up my package and told me the expected arrival.
